Welcome to the Widow Maker Calls website! Widow Maker turkey calls are hand crafted, tuned, serial numbered and signed by Craig S. King .  I build my calls one at a time and sell no call that I would not hunt with myself. These calls are built for serious turkey hunters, hunters who want a step up on the competition. Your ears, your friends and other turkey hunters will remark that these calls do not sound like other wild turkey calls you have heard. Butternut Scratchers have a sound that is real turkey. Yelping, clucking, and cutting are the strengths of this call along with small talk. As with all my scratchers, you can duplicate a hen exactly and immediately with very little practice! Butternut Scratchers are made from butternut and come with the wood-burnt feather. They sound so real that walking around in the woods while playing this call, could get you in some trouble!
